ytt

YouTube in the terminal. No browser, no ads, no page render — audio by default.

WHAT IT DOES

• Search YouTube and pick results in a fuzzy finder, then play them in mpv.
• Browse your own playlists by title, including Watch Later and Liked videos.
• Add videos you find to your own playlists.
• Play any URL, playlist, or channel directly.

YOUR DATA

ytt runs entirely on your own computer. It is not a hosted service, and no data reaches Proteus Ventures. Adding videos uses the official YouTube Data API, and only after you approve it. See the privacy policy.
